He is a seasoned professional with vast knowledge of the political and administrative nuances within governmental entities at the national, state, and local levels. Rick’s primary focus has been to serve as the on chief architect, strategist, and thought partner for many national corporations seeking to leverage his strong, longstanding relationships and knowledge within school districts around the country.

In addition to RPAK12, Rick is a successful entrepreneur. He has applied his keen business sense to numerous business ventures in the areas of real estate and health care. He is a licensed insurance agent in multiple states.

Rick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Florida State University and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
